73 Production ("we," "our," or "the app") is a social media content scheduling and publishing platform. We access only files you explicitly select (e.g. via Google Picker with the `drive.file` scope). We use selected file IDs and metadata to import videos and — if you choose — upload videos to publishing platforms.
Data We Process
- • Selected Drive file IDs, names, sizes, thumbnails, duration metadata.
- • Uploaded media and generated thumbnails stored on our servers.
- • Publishing metadata (title, description) when you publish.
- • Account identifiers required to operate the service.
- • We do not sell personal data.

73 Production uses your data as follows:
- Used only to provide the features you request.
- Shared only with processors necessary to operate the service (cloud storage, platform APIs).
- Retained only as long as required to provide the service or as required by law.
Security
73 Production implements encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, access controls, least-privilege principles, and audit logging to protect your data.
Your Controls
- Revoke third-party access in the provider's account settings (Google, TikTok, YouTube).

Legal & Policy
73 Production processes data under appropriate legal bases (consent, contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests) and complies with applicable data protection laws (e.g. UK GDPR).
Google / YouTube
73 Production integrations use scoped access only (for example, YouTube upload scopes and Drive file selection). We list exact scopes during the OAuth consent screen and in our docs. Data is used to upload, schedule, and fetch basic analytics; tokens are stored securely and may be revoked by the user.
TikTok
73 Production integrates with TikTok for publishing, scheduling, and analytics. We request the minimum scopes required and act only with your explicit consent.
- Collected: account id, display name, profile info you authorize, access & refresh tokens, video metadata, uploaded media, basic analytics.
- Why: enable posting/scheduling, upload status, and analytics features.
- OAuth & Tokens: tokens stored encrypted server-side; only backend uses refresh logic; revoke in-app or via TikTok settings.
- Posting: we post only after your explicit action; scheduled posts publish only with your approval.
- Processors: TikTok and contracted service providers (cloud storage, CDN) receive data needed to operate features.
- Retention: kept only as necessary; deletion on request (processed promptly).
- Compliance: integration follows TikTok Developer Policy; demo/sandbox used for app review when required.
International Transfers
73 Production may transfer data across jurisdictions to platform APIs and processors. We use appropriate safeguards to maintain protection.
